Reference number is N0025919N0011. Requirement is for a customizable ASSI Microsurgical Set to assist with procedures such as vasovasostomy and valricocelectomy for Naval Medical Center San Diego: Reason for sole source as follows: Accurate Surgical & Scientific Instrument Corporation is the manufacturer customizable ASSI Microsurgical Set. Vendor must be able to provide the required supplies to Naval Medical Center San Diego, 34800 Bob Wilson Drive, San Diego, CA 92134-5000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the required items.
