This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to purchase CEIS for Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) smaller urban and rural areas around the Metro Center (Calgary). These mandatory services will include Assessments, Career Consulting, Delivery Events, Disability Employment Services, Employer Services, Exposure Courses, Individual Plan, a Resource Centre, Service Navigation, Workforce Development and Workshops. Job Placement (JP) and/or other proposed Innovative Services are desirable elements. Proponents must include the delivery of CEIS in their Proposals which will form the Mandatory and Desirable Requirement Services of the Contract. Although not a mandatory component of the RFP, Proponents will also be encouraged to include the delivery of Job Placement and/or Innovative Services in their Proposals, as Client job success is a key component of the RFP. As a result of these distinct elements, Proponents will be asked to include separate budgets (or budget lines) in their Proposals for each of the desirable elements.
