Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) is seeking Proposals in accordance with the requirements described in this document, from Proponents interested in providing Family Resource Centre (FRC) Services for clients accessing the Persons with Developmental (PDD) and Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) programs. FSCD and PDD services are provided through two delivery zones, North and South. In both zones, there has been a significant increase in new Clients accessing the FSCD and PDD programs. ALSS Disability Services (ALSS-DS) has identified the need for supports related to onboarding Clients accessing the FSCD and PDD programs, and to assist them with navigating and accessing disability supports and services. ALSS-DS is also seeking to build on existing local, regional and provincial resources to increase the capacity of Clients accessing the FSCD and PDD programs through FRC Services. ALSS is looking to award one contract per service delivery area for a total of six contracts. Initial contract term is for one year. Extensions may be offered not to exceed a total combined length of an additional 24 months.
