Floors in the stack will be interconnected with stairs to ensure connection and flow of work throughout. Fit out of both the branch office space will be underpinned by long-term adaptability and high-performance technical integration. This approach must allow the workplace to be reconfigured over its 10-to-15-year lifespan with minimal material disposal, ensuring the infrastructure can seamlessly adapt to workforce and industry changes without large-scale demolition.
