Up to two (2) contracts will be awarded based on this IFB. An award will be made to the bidder with the highest score and to bidders (up to 1 additional) receiving a score within a predetermined competitive range of the highest ranked proposal. The predetermined competitive range used is an established percentage from the highest ranked proposal as set forth in the evaluation methodology. The resultant agreement(s) will be made available University-wide for use by all SUNY campuses and affiliates including Community Colleges, Auxiliary Service Corporations (ASC), and campus foundations.
