This is a two-step selection process beginning with an RFQ that does not request pricing information, where respondents must submit five hard copies and one electronic USB drive containing their qualifications, limited to twenty double-sided printed pages excluding cover materials, resumes, and the executed offer. The submission deadline is July 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST, and all submissions must be delivered to the designated address via FedEx or UPS.
