The University is seeking to establish either a single or multiple agreements with qualified contractor(s) to supply all labor, materials, personnel, and supervision necessary to provide chartered bus services for the Athletics Department. The agreement may be used by other campus departments if needed.Services may also include, but are not limited to transportation to and from, Burbank and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), in and around Southern California; in and around Las Vegas, Nevada; and in and around Phoenix, Arizona.From the short list of qualified contractors developed as a result of this RFP, the final intent of this process is to evaluate and determine one or more contractors who may provide the required service. The anticipated term of this Agreement will be for five (5) years, to begin immediately upon award, parties. The agreement may also be used by other campus departments requesting charter bus transportation.
