AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on August 2, 2023 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the provision of Privacy Policy Analyst and Access to Information Act and/or Privacy Act Analysts. Canada is seeking to establish up to up to 1 contract for Workstream 1, and up to 2 contracts for Workstream 2. These will be on an “as and when requested” basis as defined in the Annex A1 – Workstream 1 Statement of Work or Annex A2 – Workstream 2 – Access to Information Act Analyst and/or Privacy Act Analyst for Public Works and Government Services ATIP Division, for a period of 2 years each, plus three (3) one- year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s), under the same conditions.
