The proposed project for a 2,090 SM (22,500 SF) Recreation Mall will feature a 6 lane bowling center, one theater with seats, amusement center, food service area and ancillary support facilities. The facility is organized around public circulation, linking the key areas of the building and provides visibility and easy access to all public areas. An associated APF companion project, required for the demolition of an existing building, light poles, fencing and a CMU wall, has already been funded, awarded and completed.
