GSA wants your comments on draft new versions of the Freight Standard Tender of Service (STOS) and other documents related to acquisition of freight services under the GSA Freight Transportation Management Program. These draft revisions will incorporate: - All transportation modes, including air, rail, intermodal, ocean, brokers, freight forwarders, other intermediaries, and motor freight; - PayPort Express as the standard third party payment system; and - TransPort Integrator as the new GSA transportation management system, replacing the Transportation Management Services Solution. GSA is updating, standardizing, rationalizing, and simplifying all documents related to acquisition of freight for GSA and its client agencies. At this time, two draft documents are ready for your comments: - GSA Standard Tender of Service (STOS) Edition 2 - GSA Uniform Rules Tariff, No. 200 Copies of these two draft documents are attached to this FedBizOpps notice. GSA will publish other related documents for comment in FedBizOpps at a later date. These will include: - Request for Offers under the STOS - Baseline Rate Publication (Tariff No. 1000-D or equivalent) - PayPort Quick Reference Guide - TransPort Integrator's User's Guide Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) are encouraged to review these new documents and provide written comments.
