The Air Force plans to procure six-teen (16) Each Attenuators; Model Number: AGTN-2018-120DD-100 Option A04; Brand: AMC; Part Number: 0767 from American Microwave Corporation. The Government does not own the data rights to the data or software code and cannot reproduce the Attenuators product. The Attenuators is a proprietary product of American Microwave Corporation and no other company has the data rights to sell the Attenuators. Contractor must be an authorized American Microwave Corporation distributor; verification will be made with the company. AUTHORITY: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), JUSTIFICATION: SUPPLIES REQUIRED ARE FROM ONLY ONE OR A LIMITED NUMBER OF RESPONSIBLE SOURCE(S) AND NO OTHER TYPE OF SUPPLIES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS.
