The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game & Fish Department, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 24, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Auburn Fish Hatchery Effluent Treatment Construction, located in Caribou County, Idaho at the Auburn Fish Hatchery. Project Description: This project will consist of the construction of an addition to the existing Isolation Building which will contain a drum filter, UV filter, holding tank, and associated piping and appurtenances. The project also includes site and grading improvements around the perimeter of the building addition. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. MT on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 starting at the Auburn Fish Hatchery, 2411 Fish Hatchery Road, Auburn, WY 83111. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on April 14, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on April 17, 2025. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 14, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
