Audio Visual (AV) equipment and systems

The Government of Canada, through the Department of Public Works and Government Services, has issued a solicitation to establish a nationwide Supply Arrangement for the procurement of Audio Visual equipment and systems. This initiative aims to create a pre-qualified pool of suppliers to streamline acquisitions across all federal departments and agencies, eliminating the need for individual competitive processes. The solicitation, identified as WS4714123878, is open to suppliers capable of meeting the technical and operational requirements for AV systems, with no security clearance conditions attached. The original response deadline was revised to January 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM EDT, after which submissions will no longer be accepted. Once awarded, the Supply Arrangement will remain active until January 22, 2030, allowing federal entities to draw upon the pre-vetted suppliers for their AV needs throughout the term.
