The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Family Services (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 25, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the LANDER EMERSON BUILDING AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT located at the Emerson Building, Wyoming Life Resource Center, 301 Center St, Lander, WY 82520. Project Description: This project will consist of providing and installing speakers, microphones, televisions, and associated component equipment for a new audio-visual system. The bid can be downloaded from: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home. Companies wishing to download the bid must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on August 11, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on August 18, 2026. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 11, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. August 25, 2026.
