This is strictly a sources sought notice for planning and market research purposes and does not constitute a request for quotation or a commitment from the government. Interested parties must submit a capabilities package that includes their company’s annual revenues and employee count, socio-economic status such as SDVOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, or VOSB, anticipated teaming arrangements, experience delivering similar services to both government and commercial clients, and product specifications supported by examples of commercial sales. The AV system must support audio and video conferencing, digital signage, and a centralized control system, featuring NIAP-approved KVM switches, including an 8-input by 6-output secure multiview matrix for the mass briefing room. All equipment must comply with the Trade Agreements Act, be free of Bluetooth, NFC, or Wi-Fi in secure areas, and not originate from prohibited countries like China. Video signals crossing the facility control line must be transported via fiber-optic converted to DisplayPort, and audio amplifiers must be commercial-grade with no additional licensing requirements. The system design must include industry-standard functional line drawings for dial isolation, control systems, video/audio programming, and video teleconferencing.
