This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is F9J3CF9223AC01 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQs are due by September 22, 2009, 12:00 PM CST. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 443112. The Small Business Standard Size is 8 million. The 149 Fighter Wing, Lackland AFB, TX is soliciting quotes to procure the following supply or services: CLIN 0001 Engineering/Installation/Termination of Audio/Video Equipment Site Visit (Mandatory): In order to properly bid the project, offerors interested MUST attend the site visit scheduled for September 16, 2009, @ 9:00 AM CST. This will be the only date/time available for the site visit. Attendees will report to bldg 968, 1493 Billy Mitchell Blvd, Lackland AFB, TX 78236. Offerors interested MUST email their attendee's full name and company information to contact@example.gov. It is highly recommended that attendees report to Lackland AFB main entrance gate early to obtain a base pass due to high demand processing passes for other contractors. Please limit attendees two (2) per company. Ensure attendees have their driver's license available, current insurance and registration of their vehicle to gain access on base.
