Audiometric Booth

This is a sources-sought notice issued by the Department of Defense through the W7MU Uspfo Activity Ak Arng to conduct market research for the procurement of a custom audiometric booth to be used by the Alaska Army National Guard at Eareckson Air Station, Alaska. The notice does not constitute a solicitation or binding contract opportunity, and no funds are available for responses or reimbursement of costs incurred. The sole purpose is to gather industry information regarding capacity, capabilities, and past performance in support of future acquisition planning. Offerors may also submit up to two relevant project examples if they possess mobile or regional service capabilities. The anticipated contract type is firm-fixed price, and the equipment requirement includes an 8-station single-wall audiometric booth, a CCA-200 Mini Audiometer, seven 200 Mini Expansion Audiometers, and a BAS-200 Bio-Acoustic Simulator, all to be delivered, installed, and validated at the Alaska site. The NAICS code 339112 and Product Service Code H165 are cited for classification, and responders must be registered in SAM.gov to remain eligible for any subsequent solicitation, which will be posted on SAM.gov if issued. No formal evaluation factors, contract clauses, packaging requirements, payment details, or inspection criteria are included in this pre-solicitation notice, as these will be defined in a future Request for Proposal.
