Audiovisual, Visual Information, Video Teleconferencing, and Videophone Support Services

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is conducting a Sources Sought Notice seeking qualified sources for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide comprehensive Audiovisual, Visual Information, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and Videophone Support Services. This single-award contract will support the modernization, operation, and maintenance of a global VTC network comprising approximately 2,500 endpoints and over 400 conference rooms across the National Capital Region and worldwide DISA locations. The scope includes sustaining both classified and unclassified networks, executing roughly 70 annual installations or upgrades, full lifecycle management of VTC systems, multimedia production, graphics, database management, and visual library support. The contract requires the contractor to have a Top Secret Facility Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and maintain Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 throughout the contract period. Additionally, all personnel assigned must be U.S. citizens with appropriate security clearances. Hardware handling includes receiving, preconfiguring, and testing all equipment prior to government delivery. The anticipated period of performance is five years, starting from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031, with a six-month extension option. Work will be performed primarily in the National Capital Region, including locations such as Ft. Meade, Pentagon, Arlington, and other related government sites, but may extend globally to DISA or Department of the Army locations. While no pricing or line item detail is provided as this is a market research phase, the total contract ceiling is estimated at up to $130 million. Submissions must include a concise five-page capabilities statement addressing business information, socioeconomic status, CAGE Code, contract vehicle experience, required capabilities, and special requirements, and be submitted electronically by May 19, 2026.
