AUGUST AVE. AND JEROME ST. LIFT STATION REHABILITATION (L-12-2)

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is soliciting bids for the August Ave. and Jerome St. Lift Station Rehabilitation (L-12-2) project in Louisiana. This initiative is funded through the Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program using Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. Bids must be submitted electronically via the parish e-procurement portal by 2:00 p.m. on December 17, 2026. The successful bidder must possess an active Unique Entity ID (UEI) verified through sam.gov and provide a performance bond and an electronic bid surety bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount. The project requires strict adherence to federal and state regulations, including the Davis Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Contractors must comply with non-discrimination standards under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Executive Order 11246. Jefferson Parish strongly encourages participation from minority and woman-owned business enterprises, veteran-owned businesses, and Section 3 business concerns. All work must be performed according to the drawings and specifications held by the Purchasing Department, and sureties must be acceptable under U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570.
