The City of Hesperia has approved Conditional Use Permit CUP25-00001 for the construction of a Take Five Oil Change facility located at 15621 Main Street in San Bernardino County. The project consists of a 1,515 square foot drive-thru building featuring three service bays on a 1.01 gross acre lot within the Neighborhood Commercial zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan. Construction is estimated to take approximately four months, encompassing grading and site preparation, building construction, and final paving and landscaping.
