The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office requests quotation for the repair of a 2016 RAM 1500 and 2022 GMC Terrain. The resultant Call will be for a firm-fixed-price contract type. This RFQ is issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
Performance requirements are attached to the Performance Work Statement. Specified tasks are included in Part 5. The contractor shall provide for pricing any tasks, not identified necessary, allocable, and allowable to this effort.
The US Government is tax exempt and tax cost will not be considered for award
The government prefers an all or none quotation but reserves the right to place multiple awards if it is determined to be in the government¿s best interests.
