This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. . Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) the basis for restricting competition is for the following reason: DLT SOLUTIONS, LLC is the agreement holder under ESI for Autodesk. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with DLT Solutions, LLC. for Autodesk Software Maintenance Annual Renewal. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. N0016722Q0066. The Product/Service Code is 7A21, the NAICS code is 511210 and the business size standard is $41,500,000. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-09 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DFARS 20200929. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS. Interested parties may identify their interest to this requirement by submitting a capabilities statement no later than Tuesday 01 March 2022 at 11:00 AM ET. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by Tuesday 01 March 2022 at 11:00 AM ET will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, federal contract number (if applicable), business size, and payment terms.
