SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply three Automated Linen Units equipped with touchscreens, along with peripherals, installation, service, and four years of hosting services for each device. The contract, which spans five years, covers all New York State counties and has an estimated value between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The procurement process emphasizes strict adherence to New York State lobbying laws, limiting contact to a designated representative, and requires vendors to submit documentation related to state tax laws, workers’ compensation, and disability insurance. The project does not prioritize MWBE, service-disabled veteran-owned, or disadvantaged business participation, with participation goals set at zero percent. The deadline for responses is July 23, 2025, and interested vendors are encouraged to reach out to the designated contact, Frantz Poyau, via email or phone, for further discussion prior to submission. The location for service delivery is at 445 Lenox Road, Brooklyn, NY.
