Amendment 2 - This amendment is to provide an extension to vendors interested in providing a quote for this requirement. The deadline is now Monday, June 29, 2020 at 1000 EST (10:00 a.m. EST). Amendment 1 - This amendment is to provide answers to questions posed by interested vendors during the question period. This solicitation is made by Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Division of Procurement Services on behalf of The Consumer Protection Safety Council (CPSC) to Small Business vendors for the design and build an automatic test equipment (ATE) system to evaluate battery management system (BMS) operation using independently-controllable cell simulators in the place of the electrochemical cells as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) (pages 10-13) and Attachment A - Pricing Spreadsheet. This requirement is a 100% Small business set-aside under NAICS code 334515. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-priced purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the vendor who provides the best value to the government, in accordance with the evaluation criteria on page 16 of the attached Clause Package. Interested offerors shall submit questions electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the Subject Line: ATTN: SRC/PW: ATE BMS CPSC. Questions shall be submitted no later than 14:00 (2:00 PM EST) Monday, June 8th , 2020.
