Full Description
The Government is issuing this Special Notice to provide public notification that a Request for Quotation (RFQ) has been posted on GSA eBuy for the requirement identified below.
The Government is seeking qualified contractors to operate, maintain, and update audio/visual systems in accordance with the requirements, specifications, terms and conditions, and other provisions contained in the RFQ and associated solicitation documents.
GSA eBuy RFQ Number: 1835550
Quotation Due Date and Time: September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST
Mandatory Site Visit: September 16, 2026 (see RFQ)
The RFQ is available to eligible vendors through the GSA eBuy system. Interested vendors are responsible for reviewing the complete RFQ and all associated attachments, including technical requirements, instructions, terms and conditions, submission requirements, and applicable deadlines.
Vendors interested in submitting a quotation must comply with all requirements and instructions contained in the RFQ and submit their quotation through GSA eBuy using the method specified in the solicitation.
