THIS EFFORT IS FOR THE CRUISE MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM (CMDS) PROJECT OFFICE, STINGER BASED SYSTEMS (SBS) HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR THE NEW AVENGER ENGINEERING SERVICES TO ACQUIRE ENGINEERING SERVICES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE AVENGER WEAPON SYSTEM. THIS SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT IS BASED ON THE AUTHORITY OF 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) AS IMPLEMENTED BY FAR PART 6.302-1(A)(2). BOEING POSSESSESS THE TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE (TDP), SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE FOR SOTWARE DEVELOPMENT, HADWARE MODIFICATIONS, TESTING, AND SYSTEM INTERGRATION FOR THE AVENGER ENGINEERING SERVICES AND IS NOT AVALIABLE FOR A SECOND SOURCE. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE LINE REPLACABLE UNIT OBSOLENCENCE MITIGATION; THE CONDUCT OF NONREPETITIIVE INVESTIGATION, INSPECTION, ANALYSIS AND CORRECTIVE ACTION, TEST OR EVALUATION EFFORT WHICH WILL LIKELY IMPACT THE SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE OF THE SYSTEMS, THEIR COMPONENTS AND CONFIGURATION VARIANTS; AND SUPPORT OF THE AVENGER WEAPON SYSTEM.
