AVGAS Supplier and Aircraft Servicing

This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is posted for planning and market research only. This RFI DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bids. This RFI does not commit the Government to issue any type of solicitation or award an ultimate contract. This RFI does not restrict the Government from a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse any respondent for any cost associated with information submitted in response to this Sources Sought RFI. In support of the two-day, 2017 AirShow at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, customer requires 2,500-3,500 gallons of AVGAS 100LL with aircraft servicing operator/driver and a fuel delivery vehicle capable of single point and over-the-wing fuel servicing of civilian vintage and modern aircraft. There is a requirement to be charged for the amount of fuel issued to the aircraft and labor hours to refuel aircraft. The contractor is responsible to remove the unused remaining fuel off base at no charge to the Government. HOW TO RESPOND: Please provide commercial pamplhlets or any other documentation that would describe the company's ability to meet the above requirements.
