Aviation Services Call When Needed - Summer 2026 This Call When Needed ("CWN") is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency ("SPSA" or "Agency") to prospective proponents to qualify and submit rates that they will charge for the provision of short-term aviation services on a "Call When Needed" basis. The submitted rates will be valid between April 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026.
