The proposed Barrett Lane Drainage and Sidewalk Improvements project (Project) will install a new underground storm drain system to address erosion and drainage deficiencies and construct a sidewalk to improve pedestrian accessibility within Project limits. The proposed Project limits include Barrett Lane from Crawford Canyon Road to Fisher Lane, Fairhaven Extension from Circula Panorama to Barrett Lane, and Circula Panorama from Fairhaven Extension to 12571 Circula Panorama Place, in the North Tustin unincorporated area of the County of Orange. The proposed project will implement standard BMPs and will require traffic control measures with single lane closures. In addition, the Project will provide construction staging off-site and will take approximately 12 months to complete beginning Spring of 2026. All work shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state and County guidelines.
