This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 52,339 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 46,701 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet using the Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the U.S. District Courts, U.S. Marshals Service, and the U.S. Attorney's Office.
