LEASE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING TO COMPETE EXISTING LEASE LOCATIONS The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 30,873 rentable square feet of office space in the Linthicum Heights area. The space shall yield a minimum of 27,443 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office space. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and shall be fully - serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government shall have termination rights on or after the fifth full year of occupancy upon sixty (60) days written notice to the Lessor. Space must be located above the first floor. A minimum setback of 50 feet must exist from the property line to the fa'ade of the building. Space shall be ready for occupancy by September 2008. 117 parking spaces are requested. The Government shall evaluate extensively the existing leased building inventory to determine the best value for the Government. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider occupant agency mission requirements, the cost of moving and alterations; among other items will be considered when deciding whether it should relocate. The space offered shall be within three (3) mile radius of Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Airport, Maryland. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the Lease.
