REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSALS FOR OFFICE SPACE IN HORRY COUNTY FOR THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

The State of South Carolina, through the Department of Administration Real Property Services, is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 12,000 rentable square feet of office space in Horry County, specifically within the Conway area and its surroundings. This space is intended for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, with an expected occupancy date of December 2027. Proposals must be submitted by December 4, 2026, using form FMPS-202E and must include a proposed floor plan. To be eligible, property owners or agents must provide a receipt and acknowledgment of specific S.C. Code of Laws and Regulations. The selection process will be based on a cost analysis of proposals, responsiveness to requirements, and the space efficiency of the submitted floor plans. Technical specifications require that all cabling be certified to CAT-6 standards with terminations handled by the landlord.
