Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region (DSW) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Alstom Grid, LLC of Redmond, WA to overhaul and rebuild two hydraulic rams for FX22 type breakers located at Pinnacle Peak Substation, estimated total award value at $15,000.
