AI Contract Overview

The Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office is seeking to establish one or more statewide contracts for awards, recognition items, coins, and promotional products and services. The primary goal is to secure service coverage across the entire state, though the Department retains full discretion over whether to award contracts, how many to establish, and the scope of work under each. These contracts will be used on an as-needed basis without any guarantee of specific spending levels. The solicitation emphasizes flexibility, allowing the State to accept any combination of items offered unless the offeror explicitly restricts certain items or conditions its proposal on receiving all specified items. In such cases, the State will evaluate whether awarding on that basis provides the best value and aligns with its interests, or if restrictions render the proposal non-responsive, potentially disqualifying it from further consideration. The solicitation, titled "Awards, Recognition, Coins, and Promotional Products and Services," was posted on January 22, 2024, with a response deadline of February 13, 2024. It is a formal procurement process open to qualified vendors, with the Arizona Department of Administration acting as the contracting authority. The primary point of contact is Contracting Officer Kristina L. Peart, reachable at the provided phone number. The contract size is not specified, and the procurement is managed under the State and Local Government Entity (SLED) category, with the potential to serve various state agencies and departments across Arizona.
