The contract, anticipated to be awarded on August 15, 2026, will support operations at Camp Pendleton, California, with the primary point of contact being Gary Lane of the Department of Defense. This action is justified under authority allowing non-competitive procurement for commercial items, with no set-aside provisions applied.
