AY26-47001-C1-Internet WHSE Data Center

Academy District 20 (ASD20) is seeking proposals from qualified Internet Service Providers to replace and enhance the internet connectivity supporting its WHSE Data Center and overall district network. The District will consider bids from a single ISP providing both lines, and/or individual ISPs providing a single line of service. Please see RFP for full details. It is the intent of the school to procure goods and services that may be adjusted for the addition of new sites, relocation of sites, or adjustments to the quantity and/or capacity of service, in accordance with the terms of any resulting contract or service agreement.

State/local procurement requirements: SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. See RFP for full details. Please note: A Colorado constitutional amendment prohibits public schools and libraries from entering into multiple-year financial obligations, such as multi-year contracts, without pre-allocation of the funds unless the local voters have previously approved such an obligation. [Colo. Const. Article X, Section 20(4)(b)] However, funding agreements, including multi-year contracts, that are subject to annual appropriations by a governing board, such as a school board, generally are allowed and are not subject to this constitutional provision since the governing board decides each year to make a particular expenditure.
