QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 5 AUG 2014 The following questions and responses are published as follows: 1. QUESTION (Q): The RFP is supposed to contain Sections A-K. It looks like Section B goes from p 3 - 12 and Section E starts on p. 12. Can you identify what pages contain Sections C & D? GOVERNMENT RESPONSE (GR): The sections of the RFP/contract are described in the Uniform Contract Format table in FAR Part 15.204-1 -- Uniform Contract Format. Please reference that to further explain what each section is comprised of. I have copied the table below: Table 15-1. -- Uniform Contract Format Section Title Part I -- The Schedule A Solicitation/contract form. B Supplies or services and prices/costs. C Description/specifications/statement of work. D Packaging and marking. E Inspection and acceptance. F Deliveries or performance. G Contract administration data. H Special contract requirements. Part II -- Contract Clauses I Contract clauses. Part III -- List of Documents, Exhibits, and Other Attachments J List of attachments. Part IV -- Representations and Instructions. K Representations, certifications, and other statements of offerors or respondents. L Instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors or respondents. M Evaluation factors for award. The RFP as you see it on FBO is the entire RFP and includes all these sections. 2. Q: In Section B, are we just supposed to fill in the estimated cost and estimated total cost or are we also supposed to fill out the sections below which mention period and place of performance? GR: Please fill out all that applies. Remember there is a Pricing Matrix attachment that is a requirement. Due to the Matrix, the cost sections in the RFP need not be completed.
