Solicitation AG-04N7-S-08-0023 is an Invitation for Bid issued by the USDA Forest Service for hazardous material services within the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The scope of work focuses on lead-based paint stabilization and the testing, clean-up, and disposal of lead-contaminated soil. These services are required across three specific locations in Oregon: the L Street Compound in Grants Pass, the Star Ranger Station and Star Gulch Work Center in Jacksonville and Applegate, and the Powers Ranger District South Work Center.
