NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
(FAR Part 12.102(a) Restricting competition
In accordance with FAR Part 12.102(a) Restricting competition, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), on behalf of the FWS ARD-Mgtry Birds and State Prgrm intends to issue a sole source award to the following contractor:
ARC is the sole entity able to efficently able to complete Phase II as a continuation of Phase I. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same products may submit product information and a capabilities statement that speaks to the products the US Fish and Wildlife Services are seeking in this proposed acquisition. All responses are due by Aug 18, 2026, 5 PM ET and can be sent to Kathy Coltran at kathryn_coltran@ios.doi.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The estimated award date is 10 August 2026.
