This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6. Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330, Engineering Services, with a small business size standard of $16,500,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) is B517; Geological Studies. The National Park Service, Interior Region 2 South Atlanta Gulf has a requirement to Prepare Integrity and Condition Study Reports at Pinehurst National Historic Landmark District Moore County, North Carolina. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06 dated June 05, 2020. The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5120Q0041. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the firm that provides the best value without discussions in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). SAM.gov offers free services. An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541330 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov. Submission of offerors shall be received not later than 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) July 3, 2020 at contact@example.gov. Offers submitted in Fedconnect.net will not be accepted. The offeror bears full responsibility for on-time delivery of the quote to the Contracting Officer; there will be no relief given for undelivered emails that aren't received by the deadline of 1:00pm EST on July 3, 2020. Faxed or hand delivered submissions will not be accepted as part of this solicitation. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f).
