Full Description

U.S. Army Contracting Command - APG, Natick Contracting Division, on behalf of the United States Army, Product Manager, Clothing and Individual Equipment (PM-CIE), has a requirement for the flammability testing of U.S. Army uniforms. The Government intends to increase an existing contract to North Carolina State University (T-PACC)by $33,000 to complete the effort. North Carolina State University (T-PACC) is the only responsible source that can provide this testing. The increase represents two (2) calibration tests and 64 flammability tests. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this effort is 541380 and the Small Business Size Standard is $12,000,000.00. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS(RFP).
