This notice is for informational purposes only. The 139th Airlift Wing Mission Support Contracting Office intends to award a purchase order to Chemring Energetic Devices, Inc for the purpose of providing calibration and repair of SCOT Oxygen Mask Test Unit, P/N 6112300. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A notice will be posted on Army Single Face to Industry with the solicitation identifying the 139th Airlift Wing Mission Support Contracting Office's Justification and Approval of this sole source procurement of SCOT Tester calibration. All inquiries on this action can be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by facsimile (816-236-3313) or email to the Points of Contract: patricia.tanner@ang.af.mil; adam.danner@ang.af.mil, NO LATER THAN 05 January 2013 @ 4:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government.
