The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Contracts Office (NAVFACCO) plans to award a firm fixed price contract for a roof inspection and implementation project under the ROOFER Engineered Management System (EMS) program. The contract is being pursued as a total small business set-aside and focuses on continuing and enhancing the existing ROOFER program framework. Emphasis is placed on standardizing the survey process to maintain uniformity and reliability in data collection and roofing condition assessment. The solicitation number is N47408-03-T-0421, and questions regarding the contract can be directed to the designated Contract Specialist Maria Nailat.
