The contract is for snow survey services to support water supply forecasting for the Central Valley Project, with work to be performed across five National Forests—El Dorado, Klamath, Sequoia, Shasta-Trinity, and Stanislaus—under the oversight of the Bureau of Reclamation’s Mid-Pacific Regional Office in Sacramento, California. The base period runs from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four optional one-year extension periods available, extending the total potential performance period to five years through June 30, 2031.
