Full Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source This solicitation is being advertised as a noncompetitive sole source solicitation. As provided under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), this project will be solicited on a noncompetitive basis as "Only one source is reasonably available to satisfy the agency's requirements". The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a single firm-fixed price purchase order to Water Educations Foundation, located in Sacramento, CA. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for Colorado River educational services, periodicals, journals, newsletters, and yearly Colorado River tour. The services shall be completed, on-site, on the Colorado River and at Water Educations Foundation locations. All services shall be completed between April 11th and December 31st 2018. A Determination to Solicit from a Single Source is being prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures.
