Amendment 0001. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to change the set-aside requirement and to extend the response due date. The small business set-aside restriction is lifted; the opportunity is full and open without set-aside restriction. The Response Due Date is extended to 08/28/2018. This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for analysis of USGS prepared WATER SAMPLE ANALYSIS SERVICES, Multi-endpoint Gene Regulatory Assays to Evaluate Cellular Responses in accordance with the FedConnect posted solicitation. A copy of this combined synopsis/solicitation may be accessed at FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net. The FedConnect solicitation reference number is 140G0218R0011 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of proposals contained in the solicitation and amendments as posted at FedConnect shall be adhered to.
