NSAPC is using a light cart as backup power source for magazine IDS. We are not in accordance with the OPNAVINST 5530.13D Chap 2 page 2 para 2f. I also have an email from NOSSA. We need a concrete Secure building with a diesel generator and a fence around it. So we have a protected, backup, independent power of at least 8 hours or more.
