Proposals are to be submitted electronically by 7:00 PM CST on August 17, 2026, for a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238220, with an estimated value between $100,000 and $250,000. The work involves replacing four fan-coil HVAC units in the Aircraft Control Tower at Columbus Air Force Base across floors 1, 2, 4, and 7. A site visit is scheduled for July 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST, but attendance requires registration by July 22, 2026, via email to obtain a DoD Safe link for submitting the Entry Authorization Listing; failure to register by the deadline disqualifies participation. All visitors must present a valid REAL ID-compliant photo ID, and drivers must carry a valid license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Contractors must report to the Columbus AFB Visitors Center early and await a 14th Contracting Squadron representative for escorted access. All requests for information must be submitted no later than 7:30 AM CST on August 3, 2026. Funds are not currently available, and the government is not liable for any payments until appropriated funds are officially allocated and confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
