The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Bliss, Texas, plans to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a firm-fixed-price contract to install new kitchenettes on three levels of Building 2448 (Rooms 102, 232, and 332). The scope of work includes installing new ceilings suitable for kitchen use, upper and base cabinets, countertops with backsplash, sinks with garbage disposals, a drinking fountain, and associated plumbing work extending above the ceiling and below the floor to the basement. Additional tasks include installing a range hood with wall exhaust ducting, a new electrical panel with wiring and conduit, and completing any wall repairs and painting across all three floors. The project is located entirely within the Fort Bliss installation and has an estimated construction magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000.
