The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full replacement of the backup generator serving portions of Simulator Training Facility, B268 at Columbus AFB. This replacement shall include the 277/480V 30 kW Generator, the fuel tank and fuel pump serving the generator, and the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). This project shall also include a new connection for the generator, ATS, and fuel tank to local base EMCS. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW) and all related AF requirements, other codes, and references.
